Background

The MRT-Jakarta apps are public transportation services that are used to move from one location to another. However, some users complain about how to use this application, the flow is confusing, the payment system is difficult, errors when scanning barcodes, and the interface's appearance does not match the user's needs. Based on user problems, my team and I are interested in redesigning the MRT-Jakarta application

Objective

  1. Users can use payment system services in the MRT-Jakarta application, without having to queue and print tickets.
  2. Users can use an e-wallet as a payment method for services and tap-in at the departure station and tap-out at the arrival station
